I established Block Island Pride as an annual event in 2020 to improve access to LGBTQ+ resources for the Block Island community. I have utilized Queer Block Island and Block Island Pride to market the town of New Shoreham as an inclusive tourist destination and boost the economy through a digital marketing campaign.

At the island’s first pride there were events for people of all ages with drag shows, techno parties, parades, film screenings, life drawing classes, and nature walks.
